CloudForge started with a simple frustration. Too many teams were overpaying for cloud they did not need and firefighting outages they should never have had, while the consultancies they hired sent junior staff and thick slide decks instead of engineers who had actually run production.
So we built the opposite. A small, senior team where you work directly with the people doing the work. Between us we have spent years on call at 3am, cut cloud bills in half, passed the audits and taught in-house teams to run things confidently after we left. No account managers in the middle, no bait and switch on who shows up.
Our goal on every engagement is simple: leave you stronger, not dependent. Documentation, runbooks and pairing are part of the deal, so the value compounds long after the invoice.
